WNFR - 90.7 FM provides a mix of Christian Music and teaching
programs while Power 88.3 FM is a Christian music intensive station
geared toward teens and young adults. Locally we are involved with
events like, the Community Foundation’s Back to School Back Pack
project, Family night events during Boat Week, the Bridge Builders Fall
Festival, Operation Christmas Child, Mid-City Nutrition and are happy to
partner with churches and ministries though out our listening area. If

Wonderful News Radio has served Michigan’s Thumb and Southwest
Ontario since 1986 with two full time, listener-supported Christian
radio stations, WNFR 90.7 FM and WNFA 88.3 FM. Our mission is to draw
people into a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ through the
teaching of the Bible, the preaching of the Gospel, the ministry of
Christian music, the promotion of the local church and to exert, as far
as possible, a Christian more influence in our communities.
About S.O.N.S. Outreach
The S.O.N.S. (Save Our Neighborhoods & Streets) Ministry is a
community organization dedicated to providing a safe haven and positive
activities for “at risk” youth, helping keep them off the streets.
PROGRAMS: Manhood l & ll (Mentoring for young men), Breakfast
Club, Life Skills Classes, Basketball Leagues, Hook A Kid on Golf, Cub
Scouts, Y.E.S. After School Program, “Sistahs” (Mentoring High School
Girls), Dream Camp, Performing Arts and outreach into St. Clair County
Juvenile Detention and Day Treatment Centers, The Edge at Colonial Woods
Church.
S.O.N.S. works cooperatively with the Port Huron Area School
District, Mid-City Nutrition, Bridge Builders, St. Clair County Council
On Aging, Blue Water Council BSA, Acheson Foundation, Community
Foundation, United Way, St. Clair County Community College, Baker
College, Michigan Works, Work Readyness, and other organizations.
S.O.N.S. provides quarterly volunteer recruitment orientation
with ongoing training and evaluation in order to meet growing outreach
needs. The S.O.N.S Office is located at 2015 Nern Street, Apt. 89
in the Dulhut housing community.
