 - Your Payment (feel free to include personal check, money order or arrange to have credit card information exchanged over the phone...we're pretty flexible)

 - A full description of what you'd like us to do to your club (just so we're absolutely sure to provide the right service the first time)

Our golf club repair center has over 80 years combined experience fitting, building, customizing, repairing and modifying golf clubs.  We even developed one of the first bore-through metal wood prototypes in the mid-1980's (and they said it would never catch on...tell that to Ely Callaway!).
